I upgraded my Android Droid Razr Maxx and my email stopped working. After calling Verizon, I learned that they have been getting calls about this problem from other users. They had me delete my email accounts and re-add them, and even connected me to Motorola Tech Support. After 2 hours, my mobile email was still not working. Finally, I found the problem to be that my web exchange had a limit on the number of devices it will support. The upgrade registered my phone as a new device exceeding the 10 device limit. To fix this, I signed in to my Outlook Web App, clicked Options > Phone > Mobile Phones, and deleted any unused partnerships.
Worked fine after that.
